About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ICT Business Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business operations and technology solutions, ensuring that systems effectively support organisational objectives.
You will analyse business processes, identify system improvements, define requirements, and support the delivery of enterprise ICT solutions. The position spans the full system lifecycle—from initial investigation through to implementation and ongoing optimisation.
Core ResponsibilitiesEngage with stakeholders to understand operational needs while analysing workflows, data, and system dependencies to identify gaps and inefficiencies
Evaluate ICT systems and assess the impact of proposed changes on business operations
Elicit, document, and model functional and non-functional requirements, including system behaviour, user interactions, and data structures
Produce detailed documentation and ensure traceability between business requirements and system deliverables
Collaborate with developers, system architects, and vendors to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions
Contribute to solution design, integration, and configuration decisions, including evaluating and recommending system options
Develop and execute test scenarios, coordinating system, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate solutions
Ensure delivered systems meet requirements and support implementation activities, including rollout, data migration, and user adoption
Maintain accurate documentation of system requirements, changes, and design updates in line with ICT governance and compliance standards
Support identification and mitigation of risks associated with technology initiatives
Analyse system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
Recommend enhancements, automation, and contribute to ICT roadmap planning and system upgrades
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Equivalent industry experience may be considered where formal qualifications are supported by substantial ICT experience.
3–5 years’ experience as an ICT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
Proven experience in enterprise system implementation or enhancement projects
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, HCM, or CRM systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
